I love great fashion. And I love great photography. So when the two combine, I can’t help but lust for the looks and drool over the awesome images.

The fashion photographer in charge of producing these beautiful vintage glam images is Rinze van Brug. He has been creating art since a young age, roaming the streets of Amsterdam creating art murals and graffiti. So I guess it is only natural that he’s got the eye for photography!

Ahhh, fashion and photography… Two things I’d always covet.

I am starting a temp job tomorrow, where – for the first time ever – I have to wear slightly more corporate clothings. I guess I have always been in a designer/IT industry where no one cares what you’re wearing as long as you’re not meeting the clients. Thus, I’ve gone through my closets to find inspirations. I found almost none.

I need inspirations like these… DKNY’s autumn/winter 2010 collection! I mean, okay, so they’re not that “corporate” either, but I love how they mix and match the formal with the informal to create stunning looks!

To give the boys some love, I’m dedicating this week for men’s fashion! That’s right, you heard me correctly. All week, this week, will be fashion and style watch for men.

To start off, here’s the first men’s fashion post for the week! CTRL is a unisex fashion brand that started from Europe. And I know it ain’t winter here in Melbourne, no, in fact the weather’s been screaming: “it’s summer already”! But I love CTRL’s fall/winter ’09 lookbook – especially this particular guy…

He reminds me of an era that I don’t have any recollection of. Well, yeah, the hippies, flower power, revolution, and the reign of the Beatles. Nonetheless, I think he portrays the rebellious nature of this brand pretty well.
