I think it’s time for some toilet talk! No, seriously. We all need to go to the toilet, that’s for sure. But somehow, only the Japanese have thought of ways to improve their toilet systems to increase functionality and comfort. If there is a chance for me to get my hands on one of these toilets, I’d take it!

"Alauno", the toilet that washes itself...

"Shower Toilet", the robo-toilet...

"Shower Toilet" also has seat warmer (26 degrees)...
What’s so cool about these things, you ask? Well, the photos didn’t give much away. But let me share with you some of the cool Japanese toilet functions that I’d like to have in my own home:
- Heated seat, which is handy for cold winter nights
- Water blaster to wash your backside after your “business” is done
- Blow drier to dry it after the thorough water spray wash
- Princess button to make flushing noise (minus the water) so no one can hear you poop
- Self-cleaning toilet, because who likes to clean the toilet?!
Those are just some of the stuff that I’d really like. And then there are other features like water-saver, electricity-saver, dim lights to guide you at night, automatic lid opener, or even a toilet that monitor your health from blood pressure to urine samples! Seriously, how can I not want one of these? It’s not an obsession, it’s a necessity! Lol.
