With so many things to want during the Christmas season, it’s so easy to browse for gifts for yourself (and end up buying things for yourself) rather than finding gifts for your loved ones! But I’m here to help…

Paul Smith + Apple = design perfection!
Paul Smith is a brand that I encountered recently when I was in London. Yes, a bit too late, considering that it’s rather famous elsewhere. But to my defense, it is a menswear fashion brand. Anyways, fell in love with some of the Paul Smith shoes that my boyfriend bought – probably knock-offs since they were from Malaysia. But still, they’re for men.
Well, not these products. Paul Smith teamed up with Apple to create “elegant bags, sleeves and cases”, of course, exclusive to Apple. The design’s gorgeous – and definitely unisex – and combined with the already beautiful Apple products, such as the MacBook Pro, iPods and iPhones, they make a great pair!

Love phone socks? Try these new Paul Smith stripes design!

You've got an old-skool iPod classic? Here's the perfect cover!

The awesomest laptop (or whatever) bag you can get!

Love your iPod Touch or iPhone? This elegant leather cover is the perfect gift!

You've got a great MacBook Pro, so get Paul Smith's sleeve for more greatness!
What’s your favourite? I’ll let you know which one’s my favourite out of these: it’s that Mini Cooper flight bag. Yes, that’d be an awesome Christmas gift! ;)
The Sims 3: Bigger Personalities!

After obsessing for about a year (or whenever that was when I found out about this news), The Sims 3 is finally out! Yes. The one and only game that I have ever gotten addicted to is back with its third instalment, and boy, was I excited! I remember waiting impatiently at the end of May for June to come. And finally, the start of June…
What is it with The Sims that is different from any other game? I don’t know. Maybe as humans, we are all control freaks. And Sims is a game that gives us total control. Other games tell you to do things and achieve stuff. The Sims, on the other hand, tells you that you can do this or that, but most importantly, do whatever you want to do and achieve whatever you want to achieve. If you want your Sims to have a successful career, go ahead. If you want them to be an unemployed or a stay-at-home mum, go ahead. Yes, it’s a postmodern game Heck it, if you want to kill your Sims, there are also many possible options that you can take, check this clip…
What’s new in The Sims 3, you ask? They’ve got themselves some personalities! You choose 5 distinctive personalities for each Sim, be it friendly or evil, heavy sleeper, flirt, artistic, or even clumsy! You get to live in a community, your Sim can travel around the town and play the guitar in the park. There are many more customisations to the Create A Sim. If you want to know more, just get the game and start playing! :)
But that’s not all. There’s another thing that I really want (and haven’t got the chance to play it yet). Now, what would be better than playing The Sims 3 on PC? Being able to carry it everywhere I go and play it anytime I want, of course! And I can actually have that! The Sims 3 is now on iPod Touch (or iPhone). The price tag? AU$12.99 I believe.
But for now, I’ll stick with the PC game. Love it!
